PROPOSAL FOR A PASSIVE HOUSE, TRUCKEE, CA drawings submitted in fulfillment of requirement of Passive House Certification Exam. drawings were remarked to be exemplary, and scored near perfect on a scale of 1- 100 ( 96.8) to become a Certified Passive House Consultant, detailing of building envelope and clarity in legibility of the various protective layers were critical in understanding these drawings, and for the building envelope to work properly. Energy modeling was conducted using WUFI software as well.
